I’m sure most of you are running on high (caffeine or whatever other vices you may indulge in!) just to get all the last minute preparations done … the gift shopping, wrapping and, the worst of all, the grocery run. The lineups, the scramble for a parking spot and that nagging feeling you’ve forgotten something.
The table is set in anticipation of a lively dinner with the family. Layered haphazardly with votive holders, glass garlands and beads, it all seems a bit much…but it’s Christmas! I’m lucky that my grandsons still look forward to seeing something new and different for the table setting. Plus this could be the distraction from any mishaps that always happen in the kitchen!
Wishing you all a joyous celebration during this festive season with the most precious of all gifts…that being time to spend with those who are most special in your life.
Love, Judy xox
Thanks for your extra special December posts! Your table is fabulous. Happy Christmas, Judy!

Dear Judy and Jim: Darlene and I hope you are having a Merry Christmas and that the New Year will be good to you. I have attached a summary of some of the things that happened around here during 2018. Hope you enjoy it. We now have our spare bedroom available for a visit from close friends and their dogs from Edmonton.
Love, Dick and Darlene
